Richard meets with Fairfield Parish Council to discuss excessive estate management fees

Richard recently met with Stotfold and Langford Councillor, Steve Dixon, and Barrie Dack and Anthony Hopkins of Fairfield Parish Council.

Richard Fuller, MP for North East Bedfordshire said:

We discussed a range of topics including freeholders rights and the fees, performance and transparency of local estate management companies, particularly in relation to Fairfield Gardens.

This issue of estate management fees and service levels is high profile across many areas of my constituency and I recently took the opportunity of raising the subject with the Housing Minister in Parliament.
