Richard recently met with the Minister for Business to discuss issues relating to small businesses.
Speaking afterwards, Richard Fuller MP said:
I was pleased when my colleague, Kevin Hollinrake MP, became the Minister for Business because he has personal experience of starting and building his own small business. He knows the challenges and shares my enthusiasm and admiration for people who work as freelancers or sole traders, or who provide jobs for others by taking risks themselves.
I recently met Kevin to encourage the government to do more for small businesses. I was particularly disappointed that IR35 has not been rolled back. I also raised concerns about new disclosure rules at Companies House that may become very intrusive on the income and financial well-being of neighbourhood businesses.
