Last week in Parliament, Richard spoke during the debate on the final stages of the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill.
Speaking after his contribution to the debate, Richard Fuller MP said:
I expressed my disappointment that the Bill didn't specifically reference the "circular economy" where we recycle and reuse as much as we can as this is going to be a critical element of our future infrastructure.
I was reassured by the Minister's comments that although the circular economy wasn't explicitly referenced in the Bill, this aspect will be a key part of what the Infrastructure Bank will be doing.
