On Wednesday in the House of Commons, Richard highlighted the success that the UK Prime Minister had at COP26 in mobilising hundreds of billions of dollars in international private capital to help address the challenges of achieving Net Zero.
Richard Fuller said:

The Prime Minister thanked Richard for his idea in creating the first ever retail green sovereign bond and spoke of the range of initiatives the government is undertaking. The full exchange can be watched here.
