As part of World Mental Health Day on Monday 10 October, the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) launched its latest 'Every Mind Matters' campaign. The campaign calls on people to do small things which can make a big difference to their mental wellbeing and directs them to free tips and advice.
By answering 5 simple questions through the 'Every Mind Matters' website, people can get a personalised ‘Mind Plan’ giving them tips to help deal with stress and anxiety, boost their mood, sleep better and feel more in control.
